Do you know people that just seem to be happier in general? Do you say to yourself, “I want to be more like them”? Often, the happiest people in the world don’t have the best of everything…they just make the best of everything!
I began the BSN program though WGU in January of this year. I have taken on-line classes through several other colleges and universities but this one has perfected their on-line process. Navigating the site is great, connectivity and speed is excellent. Content is challenging and interesting. With it being self pace I can go as fast or slow as I want. The faster I can go the less expensive it is. The books are e-books and included as is the web-cam for exams. I am very pleased to be in this program.
This was such a wonderful day. The temperature was perfect, the sun was shining, there was a breeze, the air was fresh of the bay. The exhibit was breath taking and encompassed Salvador Dali’s whole life. Our guide told stories as she guided us through his works and how his life affected his works. Headsets also told the history and meanings of his works.
After a wonderful thanksgiving day dinner at Alicia and Joe’s home, we went home to finish getting ready for today. Merry knows something is up, she will not leave my side.
Friday morning 7am. It is like Christmas morning. I just cannot stay in bed another minute. The car is loaded, the coffee done…

This is the second vacation Mark and I have gone on this year. This time we are going on a Cruise to Cozumel and Costa Maya, Mexico on the royal Caribbean, Jewel of the Sea. We took Merry to Girl Scout Camp (Pet Paradise) this morning so I know she will be quite happy. Alicia took their dog Beans there also so I am sure they will have a good time. 
Just like on the Wizard of OZ – there truly is no place like home. It was great to visit Ohio and enjoy the scenery but I am glad to be home. We picked up Merry this morning from “Girl Scout Camp”. She obviously had a good time. The staff at Pet Paradise had emailed a couple of videos of her playing with the other dogs while we were gone, that was a big relief. We will be going on a cruise soon and do not want to worry about her. Funny how she is now my child.
